Return your Gift

Once you have received your chosen gift, you may wish to return it for some reason. You have the legal right to return a gift within 14 days without giving a reason. The period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party (not the carrier) takes physical possession of the gift, or when you receive the first copy of a magazine subscription. You may also notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to opt out of the gift. After notification, you then have another 14 days to actually return the products.
 

When you are logged in with your access codes in your employer's shop, you will see your ordered gifts in the pop-up. On the right side, click on the button to return. You can then download the return form as a pdf file. The form is automatically filled with the details of your order; an example of a blank return form can be found here.
 

For the fastest processing, we kindly ask you to use the procedure as described above. Our return form is based on the European model withdrawal form. You can of course also use the standard European model withdrawal form to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. However, use of this form is not mandatory.
 

It may happen that, despite the care taken by our warehouse, you have received the wrong gift at home. In that case, you can return the gift to our freepost number using PostNL. As soon as we receive the return shipment at our warehouse, we will send you the correct article.
 

If the gift you have received turns out to be broken upon receipt, please report this to us as soon as possible with a message in the webshop. Sometimes a photo is enough and we will send you a new one right away. If we would still like to receive it back, you can send it to our freepost number. If you send it back via another carrier, the shipping costs are for your own account.

Finally, you can also return a gift free of charge if it does not fully meet your requirements. Please notify us within 14 days in the webshop that you want to return the gift. You can then download and print a pre-filled return form. If you send the gift in the manner indicated on the return form, this is always free of charge. If you choose to use a different return method than the one indicated on the return form, charges may apply. These are for your own account.
As soon as the package has been received by us, or when you have proven that you have returned the products, you will be notified by e-mail that you can place another order in the shop of your employer. You will receive this message as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days after cancellation. You will always be refunded with the same means of payment used for the original transaction. Therefore, if you have made a partial PayPal or iDeal payment and you return the product, this additional payment will be transferred to you within 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. The points credit will be made available via your login details. These points can be spent again in the shop. You will be informed about this via e-mail.
 

In order to process your return correctly and provide you with a new gift, please follow the instructions below.

    1. Pack your gift neatly and carefully in the original packaging (if still in your possession),
    2. Print out the return form and add it to the package along with the packing slip. The packing slip is attached to the email in which the tracking code was sent. It may also be a copy of the packing slip;
    3. Send the package to the return number listed on the return form;
    4. Upon receipt of your package we will inspect the shipment;
    5. Depending on the reason for your return, we will send you a new item or reactivate your access code. This will happen at the latest within 14 days after dissolution.


You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Shipping is only free if you submit it to PostNL and use our reply number as your address. You may also return your return to us in any other way, but in that case the shipping costs are at your own expense. The method of return and the correct return address are always clearly stated on the return form.

* Items that cannot be returned are:

- Redeemed vouchers or gift cards
- loose magazines
- Easily copyable products, such as games, DVDs and CDs, whose seal has been broken after delivery.
