We recommend that you read it carefully. If you have any questions or want to know exactly what information we keep about you, please contact Tintelingen BV.

Process order

When you place an order for a gift with us, we use your personal data to handle this order properly. We may then provide your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We may also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company or payment provider. For this we use your name and address, e-mail address and IP address. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you when you order your gift.

We store this information for a maximum of two years after your order has been completed. We retain certain customer data for a longer period of time in connection with deferred activation of gift cards or due to the legal fiscal retention obligation.

Contact form and contact with customer service

With the contact form, or by contacting customer service, you can ask us questions or make requests. We can use your name and address details, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address, login code and/or order number. We need this because of the contract we conclude with you. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and three months thereafter. This way we can easily access the information in case of follow-up questions. We can also train our customer service to become even better.

Providing personal data to third parties

We work with certain companies that may receive or view the above personal data from us.

Providing personal data to other companies or institutions

With the exception of the partners mentioned above, we do not provide your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances, except if we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police requires this if there is a suspicion of a crime).

Our webshop uses functional cookies and analysis cookies for the statistics as described above. You can disable the placing of cookies via your browser, but some parts of our webshop will no longer work properly.

We have made agreements with other companies that place cookies about the use of cookies. However, we do not have full control over what they themselves do with the cookies. So also read their privacy statements. (Note: these can change regularly)
